Wuyishan

Basic Overview

Wuyishan is located in northern Fujian, a rare World Natural and Cultural Double Heritage site. Famous for Danxia red mountain landforms, winding stream valleys, primitive ecology and thousand-year-old tea culture, it is the birthplace of Wuyi rock tea represented by Da Hong Pao. Integrating fairy mountain scenery, ancient Taoist culture and classic tea heritage, it is a famous ecological and cultural resort in southern China.

Travel tips

Best travel time: April-June and September-October with clear scenery and suitable temperature. Mountain climate is humid, prepare thin coats. Bamboo raft drifting is affected by rainfall, please check weather in advance.
