Tibet（8 Days）

Day 1 : Arrival in Lhasa

Arrive at Lhasa Gonggar Airport or Railway Station. Our guide greets you with a traditional white Hada and transfers you to a 4-star hotel to rest and acclimatize to 3,650m altitude. No intense activities; keep warm and avoid showering the first night.

Day 2 : Lhasa City Tour

Visit Potala Palace (UNESCO Heritage), take photos at Chagpori Hill (50-Yuan viewpoint). Afternoon visit Jokhang Temple and stroll Barkhor Street with pilgrims.

Day 3 : Lhasa → Yamdrok → Karola Glacier → Shigatse

Drive to Yamdrok Lake (one of Tibet’s 3 holy lakes). Visit Karola Glacier and historic Pelchoe Monastery in Gyantse. Arrive in Shigatse in the evening.

Day 4 : Shigatse → Gyatso La → Everest Base Camp

Cross Gyatso La Pass to Everest National Park, transfer to eco-bus to Everest Base Camp. Visit Rongbuk Monastery — world’s highest temple. Overnight at Everest tent/homestay.

Day 5 : Everest Base Camp → Gyawu La Pass → Shigatse

Depart Everest, cross Gyawu La Pass — the only place to view five 8,000m peaks (Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Shishapangma). Return to Shigatse.

Day 6 : Shigatse → Tashilhunpo → Lhasa + Show

Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery (seat of Panchen Lama). Return to Lhasa. Evening: Princess Wencheng live show (winter alternative: traditional Tibetan bath).

Day 7 : Lhasa → Nyenchen Tanglha → Namtso → Lhasa

Drive past Nyenchen Tanglha Mountain to Namtso Lake (China’s 3rd largest saltwater lake, 4,718m). Stop at Nagela Pass (5,190m) for panoramic views.

Day 8 : Departure from Lhasa

Breakfast at hotel. Private transfer to airport/train station. Your unforgettable 8-day Everest Tibet journey ends perfectly.
